Returns and Replacements: All products available for purchase on sylverofficial.com are considered final and non-returnable. However, if you receive a damaged product, you can request a replacement within a 7-day window. Prior to making a purchase, we recommend reviewing our replacement policy. Products without any defects or damages upon receipt will not be eligible for replacement.

Changed Your Mind? Want to Cancel Your Order? No problem! Inform our support team before dispatch, and we'll cancel your order, initiating your refund within 48 business hours. Please note that order cancellation is only possible if the items have not been dispatched. Once shipped, we cannot accommodate cancellation requests.
